What does it cost to start?
Nothing. With Connecta on Demand, 5 initial inquiries per month are free. From the sixth you pay €14 per counseling case, at most €140 a month.
Do we need our own IT?
No. Connecta runs entirely on our side, hosted in Germany. All you need is a browser.
Is Connecta data-protection compliant?
Yes. All counseling dialogues are end-to-end encrypted, and we sign a data processing agreement with you per Art. 28 GDPR.
Can we switch later?
Any time. You can move to Standard or Pro, for example for video counseling and appointments, without changing platforms.
