Im neuen Connecta kommunizieren Beratende über zusätzliche Kanäle mit Ratsuchenden — nahtlos integriert und selbstverständlich Ende-zu-Ende-verschlüsselt. Dazu kommen Werkzeuge, die den Beratungsalltag spürbar vereinfachen: bessere Übersicht über laufende Fälle, intelligentere Benachrichtigungen und eine Plattform, die sich bis zu 20-mal schneller anfühlt.
Auch KI hält Einzug — aber anders, als Sie es vielleicht erwarten. Keine Cloud-Dienste, keine Datenabflüsse. Die KI arbeitet direkt auf dem Endgerät Ihrer Nutzer:innen.
Ein Administrationsbereich, der mitdenkt.
Der gesamte Verwaltungsbereich wurde von Grund auf neu gebaut. Schnellere Navigation, bessere Filter, mehr Kontrolle über Registrierungsabläufe und Auswertungen. Admins können jetzt selbst bestimmen, welche Informationen bei der Registrierung abgefragt werden — ohne IT-Kenntnisse.
Die Statistik-Auswertungen wurden grundlegend überarbeitet: flexiblere Zeiträume, aussagekräftigere Kennzahlen und konsistente Exporte für Jahresberichte und Mittelabrufe.
Das neue Connecta wird zur App.
Ab sofort lässt sich Connecta direkt auf dem Smartphone installieren — ohne App Store, ohne Wartezeit. Ratsuchende bleiben angemeldet, erhalten echte Push-Benachrichtigungen und erleben eine Beratung, die sich anfühlt wie eine native App.
Dazu: ein komplett neuer Registrierungsablauf mit weniger Schritten, klareren Hinweisen und deutlich weniger Abbrüchen. Und Gruppenchats öffnen sich einer neuen Zielgruppe — mit einem einzigen Link sind Ratsuchende direkt dabei.
