We understand that for some, even our very moderate costs still represent a risk, as they are unsure whether online counseling will work for them. This results in a maximum of €140 in costs per month

What counts as a counseling case with Connecta on Demand?

Every accepted initial inquiry. The first five each month are free, after that each costs €14, at most €140 a month.

Can we change packages later?

Yes, any time. You switch for example from On Demand to Standard or Pro without changing platforms and without losing data.

Are there setup costs?

No. Hosting, operations and updates are included in the price.

How are associations and networks billed?

Centrally for the whole tenant or per association. Each association then pays only for its counseling centers and still gets the whole tenant's terms.

Are prices net?

Yes, all prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
