One counselling process = one accepted initial request (any number of chat messages)
From the 6th accepted initial request: €11 per counselling process
This applies up to a maximum of 15 accepted initial requests per month
All further initial requests from the 16th onwards are free again
This results in a maximum of €110 in costs per month
