Since 2020, Connecta has been a standalone product – completely independent of other platforms and third-party providers. This independence is no coincidence, but a deliberate decision for maximum control over quality, security and further development.
The entire infrastructure is designed for the highest reliability and speed: server locations exclusively in Germany, redundant architecture and a dedicated development team that continuously improves Connecta – without compromise.
The result is a platform with features that other providers do not offer: seamless channel switching between chat and video within a session, integrated waiting room for interpreters and third parties, anonymous counselling without registration for clients, and multi-tenant multi-site management for large umbrella organisations.
