No. Connecta runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen as an app without an app store.
Can advice seekers stay anonymous?
Yes. The anonymous live chat needs neither name nor e-mail. Anyone who wants longer-term counseling registers with a freely chosen username.
Is Connecta data-protection compliant for such sensitive topics?
Yes. Every counseling dialogue is end-to-end encrypted, hosting is in Germany, and we sign a data processing agreement per Art. 28 GDPR.
