Can advice seekers stay anonymous?
Yes. The anonymous live chat needs neither name nor e-mail. Anyone who wants longer-term counseling registers with a freely chosen username.
Is Connecta data-protection compliant for such sensitive topics?
Yes. Every counseling dialogue is end-to-end encrypted, hosting is in Germany, and we sign a data processing agreement per Art. 28 GDPR.
Can Connecta be combined with our in-person counseling?
Yes. With direct links and QR codes you guide advice seekers into online counseling, and you arrange in-person appointments right in Connecta.
