Clients retain control over what they share

Clients can start an anonymous live conversation at certain times without registration, or reconnect at any time with their personal counsellor through registration. Clients decide themselves whether to accept a conversation, use their webcam and what is stored in their account. Deleting the account including all data is possible for clients at any time.

Our mission: putting clients at the centre

After years of close collaboration with Caritas and Diakonie, online counselling has become part of our DNA. What started as a project ended as a mission: we enable organisations in the health and social sector to offer their services at any time, securely and to everyone who needs their counselling and support. There are many ways to give back to society, and one of them is the continuous development of open-source products, such as Connecta.

For me personally, Connecta is a way to live our values – to create a mindful and reliable togetherness and mutual care.
